we had a fantastic stay at camping park umag mobile homes. the premium mobile home was brand new, super clean, and spacious. the two pool centers kept the kids entertained. it's very close to the beach, which wasn’t crowded even in high season. the shared outdoor pool was refreshing!

The distance from the mobile homes to the beach felt a bit excessive, particularly for families with young children, requiring longer walks to access amenities. We encountered a few maintenance issues, including a broken light switch and an unpleasant musty smell upon arrival despite being addressed. Due to the large size of the camping area, navigating around the various facilities might feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to keep track of kids.

I also noticed that the store closes way too early at 2 PM, which can be a headache if you're looking to grab something last minute. Those classic mobile homes? Smaller than you'd think, so go for an upgrade if space is a concern for you. Parking was a real circus act. there seemed to be confusion over designated spots, and I felt like a guest star in a sitcom trying to sort it out. not a fan of the rocky beach access—great for adults, but not so much for little ones charging into the water. my stay had some fun moments, but a few hiccups could have been avoided.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend pause in Umag with great value. The mobile home had a nice outdoor seating area where we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset. Bring some snacks, as the on-site restaurant can get pricey.

Consider bringing some beach toys, as this can enhance the fun for the kids during your beach visits!

The beaches were stunning, and the evenings were perfect with those gorgeous sunsets. The kids had a blast at the pool areas—total jol! Plus, it was super handy having a shop close by for braai stuff.

The Premium Mobile Home Canova Bay had a lovely terrace which was great for our family meals. It came equipped with everything we needed, including cookware and a flat-screen TV. The kids absolutely loved the waterpark, providing a perfect place for them to play. The proximity to the beach made it easy for us to spend the day by the sea. we faced some major hiccups during our stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn’t provide clear answers regarding our requests. One day, we didn’t have any hot water. another, the power went out when we tried to use the air conditioning simultaneously with the stove. The parking situation was also frustrating. After asking for help multiple times, we ended up getting a visit from guests who were mistakenly told by the front desk that we were parked in their spot. It felt like the staff didn’t care, which really intruded on our privacy. Despite emailing them about these issues, their responses were unsatisfactory, citing temporary staff over the summer and claiming parking problems were not their issue. This definitely dampened the relaxing holiday vibe we were hoping for.

This camp is massive! I loved biking through the greenery and lounging around the big pool. The water park was super fun for the kids. We also enjoyed the easy-going atmosphere, perfect for a family with children.
